nta but like 10 years ago I tried to go back to university and joined the outdoor club and they had these weekend trips - but what I didn't realize is they were all like in perfect shape and teens and I was older and fatter and they did not do slowing down at all and were really competitive so somehow I ended up signing an EXTRA waiver right before going into a cave and the second they got in all the younger people ditched me and they had this one guy stay with me and yes I should just just went home but I somehow ended up getting really high on pills and exploring the cave for hours and I guess at some point must have hit my head and I got rhabdomyolysis from hours of caving (muscle proteins dissolved into urine) and spent a few days in the hospital after and the concussion took MONTHS to resolve I think it went away around like may or june and the caving thing was in feb
