Redditors like you don't seem to realize the whole point of a greentext is to be succinct. Multi-part greentexts are such a shibboleth.
I will say that unless you're supremely lucky, most people who knew you "as a guy before" are never going to see you as a woman, you're, lucky if they pay you lip service and don't slip up. "Future encounters" will probably pan out a bit better but that's just the way things are.
Transitioning is such a double-edged sword that the thing people don't talk about is it really is "is it worth it for me?" Are you happier with your body? Presentation? etc.? Are you really ok with potentially being treated horribly by everyone else? That's what you have to weigh.
If you're only two years in, also I wouldn't despair, you still get changes 3+ years in.

People were supportive at first because the public image of trans people is cis presenting theyfabs and drag queens. When you say you're trans, they think to themselves "oh like that rupual guy, I can handle a spicy faggot as long as he's harmless", but then you get on HRT and start to look female and they realize that you're actually not anything like what they wanted you to be. They wanted a token tranny pet that looks like a man but feisty, but when you actually look female and their thoughts change to something like "I could have never figured out this freak was a man if he didn't tell me" and it puts then on high alert because of your potential to genuinely break out of the agab caste you're in. They realize not only that you're becoming an agent of the opposite side behind enemy lines, but that more like you might actually exist somewhere and they didn't know.
