A big part of the reason trans rights are where they are is lack of optics. When there's a huge autistic comorbidity (no self or social awareness) AND there's a demonization of those who try to consider messaging or presentation, this is the only outcome.

The optics problem is that normies think being a male woman or female man is weird and insane in and of itself. Similarly, normies thought being gay was gross by itself. The real problem is that the media will just focus on 1 optics bomb instead of 1000 trutrans queens. So you really have to flood the space with positive examples to drown out the optics blackholes, but the paradox is that the most passing trans people will probably just stealth and live happy lives instead of subjecting themselves to the media spotlight. Ultimately you have to incentivize and support those positive examples and somehow give them a reason to defend the neverpasser Shudra caste.

People like Musk or Glinner exist and will hate trans people no matter what, but most aren't that insanely neurotic and they don't hold deeply-held beliefs about trans people. The median voter/person can be appealed to. Autists don't understand this and think everyone thinks as black or white as them and that's sort of the problem I'm trying to point out.
