i'm on 8mg oral e daily and my last test was about 220 pmol/l if I remember right
my T was basically 0 with the help of some spiro though so I'm happy, I don't feel the need to go superphysiological

I don't know what ur weight is but my frame of reference is being @ around 170 lbs
and doing 4 mg sublingually every 12 hours

Are you sure you mean pmol/L and not pg/mL?
180pmol/L = 49pg/mL, which is low.
100-200pg/mL is all you need for feminization, higher levels can be useful for T suppression if you're doing monotherapy though.
At that point, it likely is worth looking at sublingual, transdermal, or injections.

but, i have definitely been having feminisation honestly, so i'm not super worried? it actually makes me hopeful that raising my dose will have even more positive effects

Just got bloodwork done recently 6 days after my last injection (I inject 8mg EV weekly, so at trough), and my estradiol was 641 pg/mL
My doctor's actually concerned about it being too high and considering lowering the dose...
