I've ordered from Amazing4Health, Favskinhouse, and Eu Aibolit's new site Medicineapo (not the email listed above)
amazing4health used to have express shipping via DHL but doesn't anymore so I stopped using it (also they often forget to respond to people these days), favskin still has DHL express shipping and is fastest, medicineapo doesn't have express shipping but was fastest to respond to my email when I ordered
haven't used any of the others.
