transgenders believe that castration will save you from death (gender dysphoria means certain suicide without self castation)

That said there are SOOO many parallels between the book of Acts and the modern plight of transgender people. Certainly my personal journey has matched St Paul's so closely that I can't help by feel a kind of kinship with him.
