The more passing a trans person is the sadder their incorrect genitalia become. This is the case for me, now that I am a very well-passing FtM, the pathetic absence. It was the case for my trans gf. She was a passoid, very cute and delicate, then I finally undressed her and there it was, it's not that it makes her less of a woman or gross or anything, it just bummed me out. We try so hard and put in so much effort and pass so well, but at the end of the day it's all pointless if you don't have bottom surgery. The body-ruiner.
