Do you live in the US? In a lot of blue states they've passed laws that force your insurance to cover it.

That's not true. Transfems on HRT have varying levels of erectile function; many have complete erectile function, some even maintain nocturnal erections. Most can achieve erectile function through tadalafil and/or t-gel. Some folks also have luck maintaining function by keeping their T levels somewhat high (50-150ng/dL).
Nothing is a guarantee with HRT.
