Look up femboy butt exercises. Maybe some lower abdomen ones too. I imagine if u gained more weight it would define things more.

Have you really had good levels for the whole 3 years and while youve weight cycled? Do the women in your family look similar?

I feel like if I gained more it'd just distribute in this same way, because why wouldn't it, fat goes where fat cells are and my fat cells are like this

after the first month my levels have been good yeah, and no women in my family do not look anything like this

even if that helps would fat not over time distribute back if whatever caused it to be this in the first place hasn't addressed?
I have seen pio being mentioned but it's only been a thing recently-ish and I don't really have a lot of money to be on another drug and hrt is at least supposed to change fat distribution and mine doesn't seem to have changed at all since like year 1 (it did change a bit compared to pre hrt but after like year 1 it's been the same since) and I'd really want to have an ok fat distribution from just hrt

you should at least look into it more to see if it could be an option in the future. from what i know, it's for this specific issue. people who have taken it (not me) could vouch for long term effects tho. either way, good luck. i hope you figure out what works for you

weight cycling doesn't work
every fat cell created lasts around 10 years
