i don't know what exercises to do though... working out always made me dysphoric

it can build up the muscles underneath the breasts. but it doesnt affect breast tissue.
perhaps the increased blood flow from exercise could help, though? idk

Work out bitch. You are not going to turn into Ronnie Coleman or get Arnolds barrel chest.
Tits may grow slightly from building a little bit of muscles underneath them but idk if its worth your time.
What you should do is work out your lower body. The fat distribution from estrogen is not good enough (even for most cis woman) to have nice ass and thighs also big calves are hot on everybody.

Work out, bitch. Every hot woman to ever exist has had at least a consistent few hours of exercise a week for themselves. Attractiveness is a right not a privilege. Cardio for being thin, weights for being thicc.

I started working out regularly about two months ago, and honestly it's second only to HRT in terms of improving how I feel about my body. Definetly worth it.
No clue about breast growth though.
