Should I get an orchiectomy now if I want to get SRS later?
If I get it now and I end up wanting to get SRS I will have less scrotal tissue and no tunica vaginalis.
But if not then no longer needing AA would be really convenient.

Depends where you go. I want suporn clinic and they really dont want you to get an orchi, they use the scrotal stuff to make the lining. Without it they have to use skin from elsewhere and its much worse results. Even if you keep scrotal skin, they still use the inside stuff that gets removed

you won't have any less scrotum unless your surgeon is a retard that should lose his licence or malicious.
also, inguinal orchiectomy allows to avoid doing anything to scrotum at all.

I thought that even if you don't remove the scrotum after a few years it would shrink back
