How idiotic would attempting a diy tracheal shave be? I'd get one from an actual surgeon but from what I've seen they often leave a part of it and it remains visible. I don't give a fuck about losing my voice, the only thing I'm kinda afraid of is dying but even that is better than living with that ugly thing on my throat
