USA tranners, are you changing the sex designation on your passport?
Currently there is a hold on the executive order banning people from changing the sex designation on their passports, and it's believed that right now might be the only chance for a long while to be able to change it. However, I'm really freaked out about changing any of this stuff under the current administration. You have to submit an attestation that your gender identity doesn't align with your birth sex or that you've been diagnosed with gender dysphoria and I'm worried that would put me on some kind of a government tranny list. The crackdown on immigrants is crazy and with trans people being public enemy #2 it feels like only a matter of time before they come after us.
But I also despise the idea of having to have my agab on my passport for years to come. What do /tttt/?

On official records my doctor writes that the prescription is to treat a "hormone imbalance", not gender dysphoria, specifically to keep her patients safe for this type of situation.

I mean like if they really do decide to criminalize transgenderism (which the people directing policy for the administration have stated is a goal) and start locking people up they'll be going after people diagnosed with GID or who changed their documents right? But going through everyone diagnosed with a hormonal issue (which includes TONS of cis people) to find the needle in the haystack of people being given hormones opposite of their agab just wouldn't make sense. At least that's my understanding of her thought process behind it
