i cant say whether this is actually a tulpa she just lives in my head and i think about her a lot. she used to be a real person but eventually became her own thing separate from them, its just this weird connection that i cant explain but it has been developing for over 8 years so that might have to do with it. it doesnt just come out of nowhere
