Yeah I'm having that problem with Gel too. The bloods a pointless, it's basically RNG.
On the upside, you can take extra gel without the doctor deciding to have an opinion. I'm on 2.5x the reccomended dose of sandrena.

The issue with the patches btw is that the supply chain can be unreliable.

I'm going to thailand to get the implants. As much as I love the spikes the hormonal swings are just stupid. I'm more than 12 months in, there's no regret, it's time to commit.

Yeah that's pretty much my plan, but when I said implants I meant the slow release estrogen pellets. I knew a trans woman who got two of them and had a sustained 1150 pg/ml for like a year.
