It's been 6 months and the only thing I feel changed, was my body weight. I went from 72kg to 97. That's all. On top of that now I'm covered with stretch marks all over my body. Do I really have any hope in continuing hrt.

If you had the longer hair on the right on the body on the left you would look really fem. IMO the fat is not helping and you looked better skinny.
