To be fair I think a lot of it was me rediscovering how my body worked and I didn't figure out "how" to do it for that long. For me, full-body orgasms are a slow burn and if I try to force it or just pound the shit out of myself it's not going to happen. Slowly fingering myself and teasing my nipples for like an hour without rushing it got me there.

I've come close but the trouble is you're dependent on another person and you know your body better than they do. If you're in the position where you can barely even into anal to begin with there is a 0% chance you will full body orgasm from sex alone. I suggest practicing independently and figuring out what works. Sex is just too brief (not in like, a quickshot sense but you're not going to be bent over for an hour, it just doesn't last that long) to explore yourself

feeling actually good: 24 months or so, in combination with sexual exploration
i’ve had like, full body, very different, completely new feeling orgasms after like 24 months. but i also had never had a partner and i also had never done anal before then, so it couldve probably happened earlier
no idea how much of an effect hrt actually had on this stuff. for me, after like 3 months, things were definitely different but also definitely worse. probably at around the 10 month mark my orgasms would feel way less satisfying but also last like 30 seconds instead of 5 and leave me feeling better. it got way harder to actually orgasm very quickly though, but i got way more sensitive and more satisfaction from everything leading up
