I had this question once, get FFS or go back and study. I ended up choosing study because the idea of spending the rest of my 20s toiling away on minimum wage to get surgery which would probably need revisions rather than building life experiences.

Depends on your relationship with your mum desu and how clocky you are. as a semi-passible twinkhon I can get by but maybe if I was hugely clocky my choices would have been different
