And even if OP somehow made an 800 calorie salad with a disgusting amount of salad dressing and toppings, it's objectively better (fewer calories, better nutrition, or both) than eating any of the following things:
- half a frozen pizza
- two microwave burritos
- literally any fast food "meal" consisting of a sandwich, fried side, and sugary drink
- a plate of pasta
- two barebones grilled cheese sandwiches
