just troon out before you kill yourself. repping is retarded. i transitioned at 19 and i pass well enough where i stopped thinking about kms and now i just work and am treated like a common broke bitch. it’s not so bad but transitioning won’t fix your mental wound of desire

dont rep and get on hrt as soon as you can, you wont have to come out for ages and it will stop you from getting worse. it depends on luck but its almost never too late at 19. i repped until i was 23 and i still end up passing 90% of the time
i knew someone who repped for years and john 50ed on her wife and kid because she couldnt deal with it and ended up as a gigahon anyway, many such cases. its either that or suicide

It gets a little harder externally but also so much easier. You're going to get older and your beard will get thicker and your hairline will recede. You're 19 so you might even get a little more definition in your jaw. You know how to stop this from happening, why wouldn't you? Isn't that scarier than whatever else you're imagining?
