I back this up with the fact that I am actually joining the army, and I do genuinely hate shaving. Although I'm only doing face for now.
If you really want to sell it, cut yourself shaving a bit the day before your consult and note that as a complaint.
That said, they dont give a shit, you're paying them a fair bit of money for not a lot of actual effort on their part.
