I'm the same. I haven't had ffs yet but all E did for me was give me a sagging, fat, tired, pale face. I used to be decently attractive as a guy but now I'm straight up ugly lol and I have chud lines. Also my face is alot more sensitive so it gets red blemishes much easier. This is the reason. If you have chubby cheeks especially, they will sag more as you age and you'll look older prematurely. If you're already naturally lean it won't be so bad and this is probably as bad as it will get. Look at your mom etc and see how their faces aged and then consider that with a shaved jaw your skin has less lower support.

A facelift might be worth considering when you're older but no decent surgeon will agree to work on you at this age. Just know that if you're thin it's not going to get drastically worse from now

Perfect it's not as bad as you think, try to lose it sooner so that it doesn't have a chance to age you but you should be fine. Even now any sagging is limited to the jaw area so it's not a big deal at all the rest of you looks fine. You can try rejuran/co2 treatments to simulator collagen production if you have the money but it's not necessary esp if you lose the weight.

If you notice sagging/drooping/jowls in the upper of midface as you get older, then maybe consider cheek filler or implants(be very careful with these) but otherwise for age prevention, retinol will help you. The idea is to lift the skin up naturally and please remember you're really not in a bad spot now at all. Your jawline is not different from many cis women, it's passable just not heavily defined or modelesque or anything like that. But to be sure your nose/forehead and gorgeous as is
