The transsexual community is unique in its material situation and place within the development of the human condition. We should not fall into cissexual ways of being that do not support our needs, but forge our own unique road to self reliance and determination, taking inspiration from the most resistant nation, the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, led by the steady hand of the Korean Workers Party, and eternal President Kim Il Sung.

I'm unironically working on this in Australia.

The scale of the problem is actually fucking crazy tho. The combined healthcare demand of all trans and intersex people globally is roughly equal to the combined healthcare demand of the entire united states. In Australia alone there are enough TGI people to require 4 major hospitals.

The reason it's so hard to find qualified medical and theraputic support is because of a monumental understimation of demand. Gender Affirming Care is an industry unto itself.

Kinda the plan, but building a medical school isn't easy. That would be an intergenerational goal.

Housing and basic care for maybe 50,000 is achievable in maybe 20 years. And that's mostly commieblocks. The scale of construction required to actually achieve trans-liberation is kinda intense.

I also agree that the defense industry should be a part of that, gendertown should be producing some form of missile or drone at the very least so that if the world turns on us, as it does from time to time, we should have the capacity to defend ourselves. But this is adding even more complexity to an already incredibly complex thing.

This has always been the challenge of socialist planning btw, the principles are fairly straight forward, but the actual implementation of justice by design is a really complicated. I think Ai is starting to unlock this as a genuine possibility, but a ChatGPT free account doesn't cut it. Which means the first step is building an Ai that can handle this problem, and actually manage the project.
