At this point I've been on hrt for over 3 years and it feels like weight cycling is my only hope for real tits. Haven't tried pio but I know I still need to gain weight for that to work anyway so I'm still doing this plan.
If I follow picrel guide but make my own DIY shake, what's the most cost effective recipe for max calories?
I get that whole milk and peanut butter is good. Should I really blend oats into it? What if I have, like, graham crackers, would that work? Or should I just do literally those three things and drink it? Is there some supplement I'm missing?
