yea I sometimes think I should've blown my brains out in my teens but here we are. it takes years of non contact with your abusers to gain some peace. it sounds like you already have a decent life so maybe just work on appreciating what you have now. have you done any work to process your trauma? probably being on 4chan where you expose yourself to harassment isn't the healthiest thing you could be doing.

I've tried to make friends IRL and that's gone poorly because I don't have the social foundation everyone else takes for granted, among other reasons. I've seen 7 different therapists and half as many psychs and haven't really gotten anywhere. It's just an esoteric issue nobody's really equipped to deal with.
