There's a bunch of really good books about hiding spaces. Look for stuff by Jack Luger, like The Big Book of Secret Hiding Places. How to Hide Anything by Michael Connor.

ah sorry nona. what sort of environment are you in, just a typical room? There's stuff like putting it on top of a fan, hollowing out a bed leg and putting it there (worked for me but its hard without power tools)
Another really good strat is to hollow out any semi-large electronics. For example, a large speaker is mostly hollow space and can be unscrewed easily and be a good stash space
