SERMs are an option.
120mg Raloxifene and 40mg relugolix is a common regimen. That'll prevent breast growth and give from some estrogenic effects. With that said, there are some potential nasty neurological effects longterm.
You can take low dose estrogen (preferably 17a-E2, but that's hard to source) to avoid some of this, but depending on how sensitive you are to estrogens, you might end up getting breast growth if you do that.

You're going to fuck up your fertility on any HRT regimen. Your dick isn't an issue if you keep using it. Some people have no trouble getting it up and even maintain nocturnal erections on HRT. Others have to use tadalafil and/or T-gel.
As long as you get erections a few times a week, your dick isn't going to atrophy/shrink any.
The only way you're going to know is if you try, however. If things don't work out you can simply stop taking HRT.

I have more curves than the average guy but not as curvy as the average "feminine" look. If there's an area that will kill my chances of being a "real femboy" it'll be my shoulders.

I, on a personal level, am fine being a fem*boy*/faux femboy/femman. When I make this post I am more saying "I would be more comfortable expressing my feminine side without looking like a troglyte".

If femman/softboy/twink/... is the "correct term" for what I am describing, then I will use that. There just doesn't seem to be a very clear general consensus on what a "femboy" actually is, especially among different communities (4chan's definition will be different to the people on the subreddit).

Haven't weighed myself in a few weeks - but 170cm, 10st 2lbs or ~64.5kg (I imagine I'm sitting more at 10st 0lbs because I restricted my diet more since then)

I haven't done a bodyfat% test but me and the boys hit the gym regularly because it's the only interesting thing to do in my shitty town so it probably isn't at 100% lol
