The only lifts/exercises I currentlu perform: bench press, bent over row, squat, leg curl, weighted box jumps, weighted pullups, ohp, hanging leg lifts (weighted tucked and bw extended), deadlift, weighted bicycles, weighted planks, situps.
I currently working on being able to do a single perfect handstand pushup.
