i came out before i passed because getting deadnamed and called he every day was making me want to kms. but when my tits started looking like tits.

ship of Thesius. You just go one thing at a time. I started by changing from men’s to women’s pants because the difference really isn’t big. Started wearing more androgynous fashion but never anything that would be that weird for a man. Then I started with makeup, light mascara and blush, nothing noticeable. Added jewelry. Changed very small aspects of my voice. The whole duration of this I was tracking how often I was gendered male vs female.
The goal is to be able to be seen as male or female but never as a tranny. When I got misgendered back then those people just treated me like a typical twink because I dressed androgynously. By 1.5 years I was no longer getting called he and I had changed slowly enough that nobody ever said anything. At that point I started wearing more overtly feminine clothes.
Take all of this with a grain of salt cause I’m a bit of a luck shit (still took me 1.5 years tho). If you’re a luck shit the only thing that matters here is voice training and once that’s done you really don’t have a choice.

i started girlmoding even before hrt
i didnt realise how much of a hon i was until i looked at early transition pics of me girlmoding
but it was worth it because even though i stumbled and fall, i learned how to present femininely bit by bit, i earned that shit
now 2 years later hrt has worked its magic and i pass even in boymode
imho if you expect to just magically pass without putting in the effort you never will its a mentality thing
thats why you have "boymoder" nonas on this board who's been on hrt for almost a decade but still hasnt even bought a proper bra

HRT alone won't get you there. Its not a miracle drug. This shit takes genuine effort. Get into fem fashion and buy new clothes, even if they have to be in big sizes. Learn makeup for the love of everything, buy cheap shit if you must. Work on yourself. You got small hips? Leg and lower body exercises, get that butt perky and thighs big. Learn some hairstyles once your hair grows some. Grow it long and live with it for a while before deciding to cut it short. By the time HRT does something it should just confirm your gender not carry it.

I started girlmoding immediately and did not pass. You have try in order to succeed. There is no escaping the awkward stage. You must power through and thrive or wallow in the muck.

This is me 1 year HRT. I am girlmoding here.

Well >>40589338 has the good idea, I did start wearing women's jeans and shit, but for me it was a combination of not being able to pass as male (starting at 3months HRT or sth) + laser finally doing enough that I had no shadow, which took idk 8months really? So in between those 3 and 8 months I kept boymoding while being gendered female all the time by everyone which was awkward af
That said i still wear large sweaters and shit cuz i like androgynous looks
