My first gf out of highschool started cutting, and I really didn't like it. We broke up for other reasons and she later came out as an ftm/they with 0 transition attempt. Tried to stay friends but she sort of went crazy far left in college

My most recent gf had deep cutting scars over every inch of her arms and most of her legs. Like her arms had 0 flat surface area, it was all bumps and lines. We dated for 2 years, I got her to stop cutting and she's been clean 3 years now. Very proud of her. But I would be lying if I said the scars weren't a little hot sometimes.
