everyone has moments they aren't proud of but unfortunately you cant change the past. Moving on just takes a long time :/. Nothing anyone here says can fix it but I encourage you to re-evaluate your relationship and you might find that it wasn't as perfect as you perceived it in the moment. Needing space (in the way that you described it) isnt real and is just how people distancing themselves without coming across as rude, if she really needed space she wouldn't have unblocked/readded you in the first place.

Give yourself a few days without them on your mind, distract yourself or do something that really keeps you busy during that time. See how you feel after. Things stay similar, well it's your life, do what you want with it. If things change then maybe your obsession was just being fueled by your constant attention to it.
