Yes I don't even really know why but I always have intrusive thoughts about cutting people off so I can be alone and safe again often I act on those thoughts

Can't help it either. No matter how much I like hanging out with another person, I always end up ghosting them.
Sometimes I think I should look into whether I'm actually just a schizoid

For me it's about cutting people off before they can do it to me so I can feel in "control" of my loneliness. I try to give people their second chances but it almost always ends up fading away so the best thing to do is cut it off myself and gaslight myself into thinking it was my decision
