They don’t hate men but since they are so physically weaker than men the difference between sexes is much more stark.

For man, the difference between sexes is usually hypothetical. For example a man knows women are weaker physically but some might only know this hypothetically and maybe never even once got into a physical altercation with a woman. If they did they would know what women know, which is that theyre completely at the physical mercy of a man, about the same as a child versus an adult. That’s why you get ridiculous things only a tranny would possibly argue like trannies in women sports.

Same goes for men’s understanding of women’s hormones emotions and periods etc. it’s all just hypothetical. It’s not really something you have to deal with. You don’t even have to interact with women going through but it, if you don’t want to. This is another reason why trannies annoy real women. Claiming HRT makes you a woman is straight up offensive and downplays what real women go through.

Men don't think it matters because most people understand power relations to be physical, the concept of one-sided social power dynamics isn't as readily apparent. Women meanwhile aren't going to give up a privileged position where they can be sexist towards men.
