Pretty much ignore any all female fitness content. It's all booty building bs from thots that got lipo and bbl.
Train you legs, ass, and a bit back like erectors, rhomboids and lower traps. The rest of the upper body is irrelevant to you as a tranny, but you can train it if you want.
There's no difference between men's and women's workouts, the real difference is your proportions, like the leg length and shit like that which will dictate what stance you'll be using for squatting and whatnot. Both men and women should be training with heavy weights, both will'be doing around the same amount of reps, etc. But the exercises themselves will be pretty much the same.

These will give you a bit of thickness and texture without any width that comes from training lats. Lats are basically for moids because they're autistic about muh wings, some foids are into that as well.
These are basically the muscles that pop when you see a pic of a sexy somewhat muscular female back.

Maybe I'm biased because I started from an athletic background but I've felt that my traps were too big to begin with, even when I'm skinny enough to see my ribs.
So now I just do stuff to make my bunda look wider, focusing on gluteus medius especially.

And in terms of practicality, these are the muscles that work a lot when you have to hold the weight of the barbell when you're squatting.
But again, looks wise these are the muscles you want as well. Really wish I had that one pic saved, but oh well, this random chick from insta will do. Once again, fuck lats, they're for autists, just like upper traps.

Yeah, I get what you mean, but I'm naturally athletic, I looked like I worked out even before I started lifting back in the day. I tried being skinny again, I lost a fuckton of weight when I just trooned, but that just looked awful on my frame, so I'm back to working out again. And I mostly focus on my legs, I only train my back when I feel like I can't progress my squats, like, when I hit 120kg I could do maybe 2-3 reps and then I'd feel how my back started folding, so I went lighter on my squats and started hitting my back to give it more strength and rigidity. Now I squat 120kg for 12 reps, and can do 130kg for 4. So I don't train my back all the time.

Idk, I always liked training my legs, even pre-trans, like, there's chestbros, and I was a legbro. Rn I train them once every 3 days, hit my back a bit on one of those days, usually when I train my hamstrings harder, got from RDLs to my fav seated row machine, face pulls, or some shit, the mid of my back explodes.
Like I have a leg day where I train my quads more, and a leg day where I train my hammies more. Istg what drowsiness you're even talking about, lmao.
Also, a bit of var does wonders for pump, I'm post-orchi, my T is non-existent, <10ng/dl, that's low even for a female, so I sometimes cycle like 5mg/day of oxana and it's pretty chill, var pumps are godly.
Ngl, I might have to get on a low dose of angrogel to get my T to something like 40ng/dl. Really low T is pretty bad even for females.
And ib4 "but why did you transition if you want T?", it's all about control, I feel better on E, and now I can introduce whatever amount of T I need to my system without letting it ruin my life.
