Rn I train them once every 3 days, hit my back a bit on one of those days, usually when I train my hamstrings harder, got from RDLs to my fav seated row machine, face pulls, or some shit, the mid of my back explodes.
Like I have a leg day where I train my quads more, and a leg day where I train my hammies more. Istg what drowsiness you're even talking about, lmao.
Also, a bit of var does wonders for pump, I'm post-orchi, my T is non-existent, <10ng/dl, that's low even for a female, so I sometimes cycle like 5mg/day of oxana and it's pretty chill, var pumps are godly.
Ngl, I might have to get on a low dose of angrogel to get my T to something like 40ng/dl. Really low T is pretty bad even for females.
And ib4 "but why did you transition if you want T?", it's all about control, I feel better on E, and now I can introduce whatever amount of T I need to my system without letting it ruin my life.
