What people tend to forget that HSTS are generally very pragmatic about their approach to anything, if they feel like SRS will improve their chanced at whatever they want to achieve, they'll get it, if they personally think it'll be a downgrade, they'll refuse to get it. Just look at LatAm straight trannies, they have a huge selection of both, some get, some don't.
