The burial location is pic-related, described as

and is shown to be under a tree. The second bleep isn't long enough for the name of the highway to be three or more syllables, so the highway number must be either 1-10, 12-16, 18-20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, or 90, for a grand total of 25 options.
Since we all know that she's Kiwi, step one is to look up a list of all the rivers/streams in NZ, and cross-reference those with the 25 highways listed above to narrow it down to the list of possible locations. (If I knew whether she was in the Northern, or Southern Island, then that would narrow it down *substantially*. The quantity of rivers in New Zealand is staggering, so your next best bet after that would likely be to look up each of the highways individually on Google Maps, and follow them the whole way across, until you find that right next to a given stretch is greenspace, with a stream running through it. Once we have a list of such stretches, we can narrow it down from there, by looking up photos of each. Once you have it down to fewer than ten, anyone in NZ could just go check them all manually, until they find the tree from the video.
Or that's what I *would* have said, until I looked it up, saw that Highway 1 runs the entirety of the Northern Island, and is surrounded by greenspace virtually the entire way there.
