This was taken from the personal/professional webpage of Dr James Cantor, who you may know as the Canadian psychologist that right wingers are bringing to court to testify against transgender healthcare for adolescents. To note, he is ALSO the biggest, primary voice pushing the notion that pedophilic disorder is an innate trait that people are just born with.

According to picrel, RAY freaking BLANCHARD was the one who guided him to that conclusion, and like his mentor, Cantor is also a big proponent of the Blanchard's Transsexual Typology. In other words, the guys who are saying that "psychotherapy and social skills training will never fix a pedophile, even if they want to change", are also the guys who are notorious for cherry picking evidence and rationalizing people's counter arguments.

I don't understand why this isn't more generally known by people who discuss Ray Blanchard in any capacity.

Adding further, what does "damage" mean? Does it have physical or metabolic signs of dysfunction, or is it known to be damaged by the eletrical signals it emits? I did, and it helped immensely. However, a small about of estrogen is needed to maintain bone and organ health, and feminization seems to be happening so slowly that facial hair more than makes up for it.
