Please tell me I’m not alone in this. It’s almost impossible to feel any pleasure that isn’t derived from fresh flesh and blood melting like butter in my mouth. My entire world is cold, yet sanguine joy provides me this warmth; I’ve been like this since I was about eight. Please tell me that I’m not the only one, this gnawing hunger is too painful and burden too heavy, is there anyone else that has this sanguine desire?

i mean, yes, but only because i think the only way i can truly connect with someone is by tasting them, and, related, by exploring their bodies (including their insides, which unfortunately would result in death in reality).
well, all a little less so now, but definitely when i was more mentally ill... it was painfully uncomfortable at times, the desperation to do something like that to someone. when i feel really bad i start thinking those things again.
my fascination with gore started in adolescence however and yes it's a fetish for me, though it's also romantic, and i guess it's fulfilling on some deeper emotional level too.

well, yeah, i also want to eat organs, though mostly only if the guy is cute. well, i mean, i'm not sure if i'd turn it down if someone unattractive was offered up or how into i'd be if i didn't. i'm two minds about it.
in a strange way too raw meat and blood from animals is similarly appealing, but i think i'd have to know the animal first to get there. but then i'd feel too guilty to do it if i did.
or i guess, even that factory farmed meat can have its appeal, but only briefly, before i remember where it's come from. it feels too dirty, the anonymity of it, how unfeelingly it was taken.
so, with all that said, it's the easiest to imagine with certain types of guys. then with some romance and foreplay added. it just makes sense that way.
