they meet for a date, and it goes amazing till at some point he calls her a girl again repeatedly which he likes because hes girl coded, but then the topic of wanting kids comes up and bella realises he thinks hes a girl. bella explains bella is her nickname when he asks about the girls name she uses on whatsapp etc and dude freaks out leaves and blocks bella.

He then gets back in touch explains hes not gay and thought she was a girl. They don't speak for 2 years and then my friend stalked his insta and finds out hes back in LA. bella uses my insta gets in touch asks to meet and basically he says to bella he was in love with him but hes not gay and anyway...

They get together on the understanding bella is a girl. "she" will live as a girl, refer to "herself" as a girl, think of themselves as a regular hetrosexual couple.
