I don't know how engrained into a person AGP is, like is it merely as strong as some fetish, or as powerful as things like being into men/women only.
But I would recommend consuming less porn and trying to be mindful of your thoughts when AGP related things appear in your mind. You can let it appear and not feed it, let it pass.
