I don't have bottom dysphoria at all desu. The goal for me is to outwardly express my femininity and be pretty. My pp works fine and I'm already in a long term relationship with my man so it's not like I go around showing it to everyone anyway. SRS has such a mixed bag of results and an absolutely horrible recovery period that I just can't be bothered with it.
