on the other im worried i will lose my ass hips and tits if i lose weight bc honestly the only reason i pass is bc im fat and that hides alot of my male features
think im gonna do 1 month of just 1 small meal a day and just take a sleeping pill whenever i feel hungry

there is no advice to be given without knowing if you're on hrt, how long, if you've been weight cycling or not .

you'll lose some but as long as you dont become super underweight your body is likely to prioritize keeping the fat lining up with your hormones
if you stop at flat tummy you'll be fine
