Bi M19 living in a shithole city in Scotland.
Last partner broke up with me a little over a year ago. I think I've gotten over them but the lonliness is killing me. Gained some weight with a noticable tummy; decided to try Couch to 5K and almost had an asthma attack, along with some weird pain in my shoulder.
No friends to interact with, virtually or in person. Jobless since Jan, on UC, and about £2.7k in debt. I would have killed myself if 2nd amendment was a thing here.

can i be fixed

Sorry to hear that bro.
>Gained some weight with a noticable tummy; decided to try Couch to 5K and almost had an asthma attack, along with some weird pain in my shoulder.
Go to the doctor.
>No friends to interact with, virtually or in person.
Go to /frengen/, /soc/, or if you're really feeling brave, you could go outside.
>Jobless since Jan, on UC, and about £2.7k in debt. I would have killed myself if 2nd amendment was a thing here.
Are you fucking serious? £2.7k? Shiver me fucking timbers. I had double that in my checking account at your age, and I got all of it working at McDonald's while going to university fulltime.
You need to grow a pair and get back on your feet.

Thank you for your well thought out response.

>Go to the doctor.
Yeah, I've been trying. Unfortunately, it seems that getting class A or B drugs are easier than getting an appointment at my GP. Go figure.
>Go to /frengen/, /soc/, or if you're really feeling brave, you could go outside.
Already do the outside bit plenty, I can small talk just fine. Getting past being an NPC to people is... not my strong suit. I'm hopefully entering my first year of college soon so there is *some* hope.

Heard. Job market is shot to bits here and I live in the county seat. Best option for work is moving down to the central belt but that would mean I give up my council flat here which is not ideal.

Seriously? That's fucked.
Unless you're diagnosed asthmatic I'd give exercise another shot anyhow. I starting biking a few months ago and the second time I went out I felt violently ill by the time I got home. Sometimes shit like that happens when you're out of shape.
Still try to get an appointment with a GP about the shoulder thing though.

I'm bad at that too if I'm being honest.
It took me a long time after high school to figure out how to make friends as an adult. It really is just a matter of forcing yourself into social situations.
There are site you can go on to find local events. Try going to one you find vaguely interesting.
>Job market is shot to bits here
Ah fuck. Sorry for being so harsh then. Still, don't kill yourself over £2.7k and a crappy job market.
I have some friends in crappy job markets who've had luck sending out as many applications as humanly possible every day.

Stay persistent and don't give up, you've got this. :)

... well that's awkward.

Luckily, biking is one of the sporty things I enjoye(d) doing. Bike is significantly out of repair though, and adjustment will not compensate for repairs.

You overestimate my corner of the world, I think.
