Depends on how fat or big your muscles are but 1 inch needles is fine for most people

Depends on how much you need to dispense? Most medication dosages shouldn't be over 1ml so insulin syringes should be fine. Get ones with low dead space unless you want to waste medication.

search for: sterile ## gauge 1 inch luer lock injection needles. Gauge is whatever you can get; smaller number like 18 = wider diameter = can be more painful. Larger number take longer to dispense 22-23 is probably fine

i do a 1.5 inch need into my lower thigh. like 4 oclock on the right or 8 oclock on the left. i am like 28 bmi though. a person at like 20bmi would prolly only need a 1 inch needle.

I don't use fixed needle syringes you probably don't want those for IM injection, I was talking about the syringes with out the needles.
