what’s the best kind of diet to lose weight fast and lose muscles?

not fast as in “as fast as possible” but in a “as fast it can be in a healthy manner”

Calorie deficit and cardio (make sure you aren't starving yourself or not getting enough nutrients)

Potatomash with soluble fiber ie fruit salads and calciferous greens and root veggies everyday but stay under 700kcal
Did that for 3 months and dropped like 13kg, would have been more but my bmr is low as shit

cardio, just so much cardio. salt and water too. otherwise you’ll cramp a lot. see you at the gym sister

Protein and overall calories all the way down (80g and 80% of your maintenance), everything else all the way up. Simple and should feel fine
