I’m really scared to go full fem and have people judge me. I’ve been on hrt 5 years now and don’t dress particularly feminine though I’d really like too. I get gendered correctly most the time and have a very feminine form that no one sees

little by little, ease into it, just start small, maybe a skirt or a top that shows off the shoulders, you’ll eventually get more comfortable over the course of a few weeks or months, just give yourself time and try to keep a good attitude about the outfit, confidence means a lot for how you appear to others
your fem by taking HRT. I feel the same as you but im a repper. Like Im sure if I took HRT i would be noticable and dissapoint my dad and get an earfull and get shit by my blue collar co workers.
