I think it actually started in 2022 and progressed to 2024, of no diversity, and inclusion. Now slowly more things are stripped away.
No government medical insurance on transgenders started on September 1st this month.
I think companies, government jobs had enough of people making up excuses not to work.
Hormones are emotional and people don't have that emotional aspect like in the 80s an 90s. Even transgenders have said things where offensive , and there's fake transgenders , so the term transgender is no longer used.
I think it started in 2022 and the reality was 2024.
