If you start after puberty, there's essentially no hope to pass without lots of surgeries, but surgeries alone won't make you pass.

No person who went through puberty's face will ever pass without heavy ffs, it is possible, but you need a small midface and your face can't look particularly weird. Males have more different types of faces, so if it's particularly weird you just will never pass. If your midface is long, you will never pass.

Then you have your body, and most all males will not have a body that can look female. Puberty fucks up your upper body so your shoulder/hip/waist ratios will forever be off and that can not really ever be corrected with surgery. There's bbl, rib removal, shoulder reduction, but all these surgeries can't really help you if your skeleton is fundamentally male presenting. If your body is fucked, then you will never pass

Then finally even if you have all that, you probably will still never pass because getting a male voice to sound female is borderline impossible for most people to do. Even with surgery, it almost always doesn't pass. Of all the trannies that voice train, single digit percentage can actually sound female, but their range is still messed up
