Can you start with 2mg estradiol and no AA ? Fow how long can you do it?

no point in doing that with no AA. 2mg of E and AA is a ok starter dose for like 1-3months, but with no AA it will do nothing

I've been reading between Sprio and Bica. Can't make my mind on which to go. Sprio makes you doozy and Bica is generally prescribed for cancer it seems and can't stop immediately. Need to retain some cock usage as well.

on this subject, since i don’t think there’s an hrtgen up and i don’t wanna shit up the board with my own thread, am i dosing myself too high with EV? i’ve been doing 7.2 mg every 5 days, because that’s what the instructions for my vial said, but i read another guide that recommended something more like 5 mg every 5 days or 7 mg every 7 days. looking at the chart, it seems like it’s maybe too much, my troughs are way above cis peaks, and the other examples put the trough right around cis peaks. i don’t really have access to blood tests to be sure, but am i essentially wasting e by dosing myself too high, or should i stick it out at least until i can test?

You made a mistake picking valerate
The current meta for the past several years has been cypionate and mainly enanthate
Soon we'll move to undecylate, one injection a month
I don't know how to help you because I use enanthate 4mg and depending on what the blood test look like I might bump it to 5 mg
Be careful about injecting too much because it will raise your shbg too high and excessively suppress your testosterone which will make it so that you have basically no free estradiol which will hamper your feminization

Only blood tests can guide you

Really really watch out for high shbg, it can ruin your transition
Keep your testosterone between 20 and 50 so shbg binds to androgens and leaves your estradiol free

Injections aren't an option where I live. Can get pills easily. Spiro i can get with a prescription and perhaps even without. I only gor E to check out. Also injections are a bit costly and hard to hide. Pills can be transferred to another bottle. I'll try to get my tests this week or the next. Also I'm trying to quit smoking, even though it's about 3 a day.

What does this mean for my dosage/method of intake? I should space out my E intake throughout the day instead of taking it all at once, that's for sure. Is 6mg daily sublingual and 100mg spiro daily ok for these levels? I'm thinking about reducing spiro to 50mg, since I seem to be blocking T decently well already.

You can't have zero testosterone because your adrenal glands will produce DHAE which will convert to testosterone

and leaving the t regimen alone.
and checking where the t falls to on a higher dose of estrogen.
cause it'll probably settle around 15-25

T at 30ng/dL is ok. ofc it could be lower, but below 50ng/dL you're still ok (but you should really strike for it to be around or below 30ng/dL)
E at 55 at through is kinda low but your levels in other moments, closer to when you take the medication is a lot higher bc the half-life of sublingual is kinda low. you should space these 6mg daily. take it every 8 hours or at least every 12hrs. that alone will already help you. just do that and your levels will be better next time

It's just how my blood results came back (they're always in these units, fwiw, my levels were 5.28 ng/ml on pre-HRT). Quick google search suggests 0.33 ng/ml is the same as 33 ng/dl

i would take 12.5mg at least 3 or 4 times a week (basically every other day) and 2mg of lupin is a starter dosage afaik. so it depends. i think people usually take 4mg of it after some time. but again, you really should take blood tests so we could know your levels and change your doses taking your levels in count. if your T is still too high you may take cyproterone everyday until it gets low and then you can take it every other day. if your E is in a good range with just 2mg maybe you wont need to take 4 and can take only 3mg in the future. who knows, do blood tests. but that sounds like a starter dosage imo (im not used to lupin-estradiol tho so you should do more research, if it was estradiol valerate i would totally say its a hondose, but its 17-betaestradiol and i think it has a better absortion that valerate)

your T is fine. mine is 18ng/dL as my last bloodtests two weeks ago, but my first blood tests came with 31ng/dL too with 2mo of HRT and i was already feeling the T supressed symptons on my body. you should space your pills tho so your levels will be more stable. if you want you can up your spiro dosage, but at 31ng/dL and not feeling T symptons you're ok
