I need autism removed from my person
I know this is off topic to this particular board but I am seriously running out of options right now. I was misdiagnosed with autism and I need any mention of autism completely expunged from my medical records. I have tried everything to remove the incorrect information from my medical history but every time I fail. I know for an absolute fact that I don’t have autism and I need the concept of “autism” to be detached from my person. It’s not who I am, its not how I think, it’s not what I do.
Autism has nothing to do with my politics, its not a political, social, sexual, gender, religious, medical, or historical label that has anything to do with, the concept of autism gives me an extreme amount of dysphoria, it is incompatible with my gender because autism is a non-binary gender identity and set of gender roles assigned to people who don’t conform socially, I conform socially 100% perfectly, 100% of the time.

How do you explain why I do so well in social situations, have a lot of friends, communicate easily, know how to read peoples intentions, and has no developmental delays?

This is all very subjective stuff that I have only your word on. All I know for a fact is that you wrote this post, whose intent and wording both scream autism.

Any flaw that you see as a ruthless flaw is going to be used against you. Especially if you frequent a place like this.

How is it possible to word something in an autistic way through text? Also, there is no such thing as an autistic intent, you are treating autistic people like a monolithic political block, you clearly don’t know anything about autism.

this post was typed with autistic hands.

A neurotypical would not need to ask this.

You're not what they say you are. Its being weaponized to hurt you for some reason or another.

Autism isn’t diagnosed through text, if it’s not part of the diagnostic criteria for autism then it can’t be used to identify someone as autistic.

Of course if you want an actual diagnosis that can't be done through text. You'd have to go to a doctor and they would have to compare your symptoms to the diagnostic criteria and determine that your symptoms fit, which it sounds like already happened.

Doctors have confirmation bias, it’s impossible for me to get an accurate diagnosis.

>>41381945
So someone who went to medical school and doesn't really know you or care about you has confirmation bias but you don't?

They have no incentive to debunk all of psychiatry by confirming I am not autistic so yes, they do have confirmation bias.

Maybe the next doctor you see will wipe the diagnosis if you sperg at them about it like you have in this thread, couldn't hurt to try!

You have confirmation bias

You have confirmation bias. You explain in the original post that the idea of being autistic makes you dysphoric. You yourself admit that you NEED to believe you don't have autism to feel okay about yourself. How, in this position, can you claim to be more objective than the average psychologist?

I have had very negative experiences with mental healthcare, I freeze up and get sad every time I have to deal with anything mental health related. I am otherwise completely normal in every way and 0% autistic. There is literally no way for me to get an objective diagnosis.
